How Can "We" save Our self and  Environment!!

I am going to present you a very simple solution but it can be very difficult for you guys in this era ;)
Guess what!!
As in last post I explained how the problem of Global Warming arise. Although there are many reasons for this but i am focusing on one thing which is Wireless Networks.Yes!! The network you are using right now in your cell phones.
When we simply send/receive a text message, a large amount of radiations emit in the environment. Which are dangerous for both You and the Environment!
Here are some simple steps that you can follow to save yourself
1: Keep your cell phone away from yourself (Most Difficult ;))
         Every inch you can get the phone away from your body reduces the amount of radiation you are absorbing.
2: Use wired headset
3: Turn Off Bluetooth when it is not in use
4: When your Phone is not in use,Go offline or in flight mode
5: Do not use the cell phone when signals are week
6: You probably need phone alarm to help you get up early. But do not put the phone near your head
It can cause brain cancer!!
7: Keep Phone conversion as short as possible

And here are some steps to keep the environment safe and green

1: Try to minimize the use of cell phones
2: Do not use Internet on your cell phones, use LAN
3: Minimize MMS sending
4: Keep Phone conversions as short as possible
5: Make calls from Land Line

Global Warming And Green Communication In Wireless Networks

Across the developed and developing world, wireless communications has proven a necessity. There seems no end in sight to the proliferation of mobile communications as over 120,000 new base stations are deployed yearly, and there is growth across every demographic from teenagers to businessmen. The developing world has turned to wireless communications as a leap frog technology past wired communications which spurs its growth even more. This meteoric rise in users and data demand alone does not create a crisis; however when one evaluates the communications ecosystem from a carbon footprint and energy cost perspective, the results are startling. A medium sized cellular network uses as much energy as 170,000 homes. While the cost of powering the needed base stations accounts for a staggering 50% of a service provider’s overall expenses. This impact is magnified by the requirement for expensive ‘dirty’ diesel fuel for many locations in developing regions.

Energy consumption, waste disposal, and accelerating levels of green house gases (GHG) emissions, including CO₂, are reaching unsustainable levels.  Which are the main causes of Global Warming!!

In order to solve these issues, concept of Green Communication arise which primarily aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints from environment.
